Prana Vashya Yoga Shala has been working with an intention of supporting all levels of practitioners with a unique approach of following the breath for every single moment spent during the practice. We believe in the importance of accommodating the right breath for the right movement, which directly support the control over the posture and as well support healing. Hence the Prana Vashya system is considered as THE NEW SCHOOL OF YOGA by the new generation of practitioners.
Prana Vashya Yoga Shala is an organization run by Yogacharya Vinay Kumar M P, who teaches a self developed method called Prana Vashya Yoga Vinyasa. The Shala is located at one among the prime location in Mysore, Gokulam which is called as the Yoga capital of the world.
Mysore is well-known for attracting tourists not just for its beautiful architecture but also for the sacred knowledge called YOGA which is shared by many serious practitioners who offer quality based knowledge about Yoga.
Prana Vashya Yoga Shala has been working for the benefit of thousands of people since 20 years. People from different parts of the world who seek yoga for varied requirements, starting from the therapies until the need to learn advanced Yogasana positions are found satisfied at the Shala under the guidance of Acharya Vinay Kumar who believes in individual approach towards different requirements and hence limits the class size 15 per batch. Practice and self realization is the main motive of the Shala.
