It has been almost 6 months that I am practicing yoga under the guidance of Smita. She is wonderful in her job and teaches in an extremely easy manner. Yoga sessions are very interesting and so peaceful. Since the time I have joined, I have observed positive changes in my body. I have built more stamina and flexibility is also increased.
