Aarogya Siddhi Yog

I have taken online Yog lessons from Mr. Harish sir for the past 3-4 months. It has been an eye-opening as well as a life-changing experience. As I affectionately call him, Harish Sir is very knowledgeable in all aspects of Yog. He has spent decades acquiring this knowledge from different gurus across the length and breadth of the country and coupled it with experience of self-practice. He brings all this and lots of sincerity to teach it to his disciples. He doesn't restrict his teaching to the asanas or pranayama, which even the most acclaimed experts might limit themselves to but will slowly and steadily go into all eight limbs of Yog. In addition to coaching, he invoked the thirst for knowledge and aspiration to discover the secrets of Yog and pursue it as a lifestyle.

Transformation of health begins with Transformation of mind. When you are well connected with who you are, yog comes Naturally, effortlessly... this is what I learnt here... this is the place where you ll find your wandering mind and use it to awaken yourself.... and see the divine within and know that you are the creator and you can create your health and prosperity! Harish sir's approach towards yog is class and his teaching methods are just fantastic n addictive. Very friendly and a guide for life!

We need to handle multiple things in both personal and professional life. It makes me feel overwhelmed. And I have a habit of overthinking. I joined ASY seven months ago. I am grateful to Harish sir for his help sorting out my thoughts. I admire his mindfulness and consistency. He keeps checking on me just like a parent. I started my journey of Yoga with ASY in 2019. At ASY, my Guru, Harish sir, taught me how to syncronise my breath,mind and body along with all the Asanas, Pranayams, Mudras .It helped me tremendously in every aspect.He also taught how to relax your mind and body with different meditation practices. With his guidance and encouragement I did my Teachers training course with ASY for the deeper knowledge of Yoga. It was a life changing experience for me. I started teaching Yoga in ASY soon after completing my certification. ASY not only help u bring balance in your mind, body, breath and spirit but also helps u how to progress in life ...with Harish Sir's wonderful teachings. As I am a yoga teacher now myself I try to cover all those teachings in my sessions at ASY with confidence. I am really grateful to Harish Sir for showing me the right path and progress on it.
