Rajasic items of food should be exempted in Yogic Diet; they include Caffeinated drinks such as tea and coffee, Overly processed foods, Artificial preservatives in food. Hot chili or anything that can irritate the Mucous Membranes. For example Garlic, Onions, Mushrooms and so on.
