The practice of yoga brings us to a better self-knowledge: beyond the physical benefits, it gives us all the tools for a deep introspection and helps us to connect the meaning of life. Co.inspire offers intense retreats for anyone looking to rejuvenate physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually. Landing on the banks of the Ganges, for one or more weeks, opens us to an essential life path. The exploration of the different practices of yoga, meditation, introspection, study of philosophy ... allows us to evolve spiritually and to live in a group in harmony, fertile ground for weaving friendships of life. Co.inspire organizes yoga training and retreats, 2 months a year, for small groups of no more than 15 participants. Everyone receives the attention necessary for their own development. Co.inspire invites us to Rishikesh, at the foot of the Himalayas, on the banks of the Ganges with emerald green water. Immersion in the spiritual environment of the ashrams facilitates reconnection to our essential nature. So let us let ourselves be inspired by the Indian breath… we learn to let go and we naturally let ourselves be carried by the flow of life. The support of our Indian partner, Rishikesh Yog Peeth - RYS 200, RYS 300 -, renowned yoga institute, allows us to benefit from the skills of their teachers as well as the spiritual environment. They pass on their knowledge of yoga to us, in the purest tradition, which of course includes the philosophy of yoga according to Patanjali. All our courses are translated into French and simultaneously. These retreats and training courses for yoga teachers - 200 Hrs Yoga Teacher Training - allow the union of teaching in respect of Indian tradition and immersion in a living spirituality ... far from the confusion of the world. To structure this yoga retreat, we have chosen to study and explore the yoga sutras of Patanjali, shaped hundreds of years ago. The 8 pillars of yoga or ashtanga yoga (ashtanga means 8 in Sanskrit) set the pace for the day. They encourage us to discover all the aspects of yoga, well beyond the physical postures, in order to also live the philosophy of an integral yoga. The 8 pillars of YOGA described in the sutras are discussed at different times of the day. They cover the Yoga Alliance program prerequisites - USA, 200-hour YTT over the 7 hoursdevoted per day to the different aspects. It is an intensive retreat that enriches body and mind and opens up possibilities: change the scenario of your life. This yoga training is enriched with treks in the Himalayas. Philosophy lessons can be transmitted during these walking times, which anchors spirituality in the material.
