Ekam Drishti Yogshala is a registered Yoga School centered in the magical Himalayan valley of Rishikesh, India. Our school is dedicated to restoring, exploring and imparting the purest and traditional form of yogic knowledge and its science in the most holistic approach and relatable context possible for students of both Western and Eastern cultures.
We offer yoga retreats and certificate yoga courses in Rishikesh, right at the foothills of the Himalayas. We believe yoga is not just a practice or sport but a way of being. We are one of the very few yoga schools in Rishikesh, India that are driven by the passion to help everyone achieve physical, mental, and spiritual wellbeing, as well as self-realization – teaching through practical experience and scientific explanation through anatomy, presenting you the balanced amalgamation of classical age-old yogic techniques to modern-day logical application.
Ekam Drishti Yogshala, your very own Yoga school at Rishikesh, originates from the land and value system of India, and our team and students are considered as family and guests as Dev (as Deity as per our basic value of Athithi Devo Bhava, meaning ‘The guest is equivalent to God’). These values have been part of our upbringing and are now embedded in our DNA.
Our values are derived from the eight limbs of Yoga and the enlightened soul of Budha’s teachings combined.
We believe that we all are one big family together and spread the love and care through our Yoga school.
