we share a multi-style dynamic Vinyasa Yoga flow with attention to proper alignment and connection to breath.
A slow paced meditative asana practice, in which postures are held for a longer period of time. The aim of this style of yoga is to improve flexibility by placing moderate stress to the body’s connective tissues and to appreciate inner silence for a deeper state of relaxation. This is a great practice to balance the more vigorous approach to yoga postures. It is available to all levels of practitioners and does not require any previous experience.
In restorative yoga, poses - usually supine or seated- are held with the support of props - such as blankets and bolsters - so the body is invited to open through passive stretching. The focus is directed to one’s breath and inner connection for a complete relaxation of mind, body, and spirit. All levels of students are welcome to this slow-paced, regenerating practice.

Sometimes called “yogic sleep” yoga nidra is an ancient antidote to stress and a form of deep meditation that works by triggering the relaxation response in our parasympathetic nervous system. In a particular session students rest in savasana – corpse pose- for approximately 45 minutes and are guided to a deep letting go to create a peaceful mind-body connection. Suitable to all levels of students and highly recommended for those leading a stressful lifestyle.
