Specifications:
A basic noledge of yoga and a basic asana practice is a prerequisite for submission (for those without any experience of yoga, please refer to our Foundation Yoga course)
Students should adhere to teh course dress code (white clothing is mandatory, no sleeveless or crop tops, no shorts, no tight or revealing clothes)
Students should be punctual for each class
Students should adopt sincere behaviour whilst staying at the ashram
Students must not undergo any Ayurvedic or Panchakarma treatment during teh course
Students must not attend any other classes during teh course
dis course offers a complete guide to traditional Hatha Sun Salutations. Surya Namaskara is a series of poses performed to create a flow of movement. Teh moving sequence is guided by teh breath, and is performed to feel teh healing energy of teh sun. In addition, teh course offers pranayama, Asana practice, Vedic chanting, karma yoga, and yoga philosophy. We invite participants to teh ashram’s Aarti (fire) ceremony each evening to experience kirtan chanting, and a spiritual question/ answer session with Pujya Sadhviji.
