Today we relate to Yog only through asanas and meditation. The original and complete form of Yog has been diluted and perceived to be a lifestyle for a sanyasi (one who has renounced the world).
Samagra Vibes was started in September 2015 with the aim of presenting Yog in its original and comprehensive (samagra) form, but adaptable for today’s lifestyle. We organise residential programs for adults and children to educate and guide them to live the principles of Yog in their everyday lives.
The basis of our programs isn Vedic philosophy that teach you the art of understanding and living with yourself. They are structured to make you the master of the known- the physical, mental and emotional self. Once the known is conquered, you will find yourself naturally guided into the unknown realm of spirituality.
