Samast yoga school was founded in Rishikesh by Nitish Madaan, a software engineer turned yogi, who realised his passion for a spiritual life and helping others realise their too. Yoga is a journey to your inner self. It leads to truth and harmony. The journey started when Nitish undertook a Yoga and Spirituality course from Sivananda Ashram in 2015 and became an ardent follower of divine life, a lifestyle that helped him understand the real meaning of life. His regular Yoga practice made him realise that he doesn’t want to keep the knowledge to himself only but transfer to others too. At Samast Yoga, we teach traditional Hatha Yoga, Hatha Flow, Vinyasa, Ashtanga, and Kundalini Yoga, as well as Prenatal & Postnatal Yoga, Children’s Yoga and Health & Wellness classes. Now Samast Yoga envisions to be a journey of self-discovery for those who come through its doors. It strive to honor the founding principles they set forth, recognizing that there is a yoga for everyone and everybody.
