Food and accommodation are provided and included in the course fees. Most of the rooms are shared and single rooms are available on request at an additional cost. Accommodation is available one day before the start of the course and you may stay one day after the graduation ceremony.
Air conditioned rooms are available at an extra cost but their use is not recommended for the duration of the course due to yogic health reasons. Also living in a room with air conditioning makes it difficult for the body to acclimatize to the local weather.
