At World Yogashala, we prioritize the quality and nutrition of the food we serve. All meals are prepared using natural ingredients and herbs and spices, ensuring a hygienic and delicious experience. You will be served three meals a day - breakfast, lunch, and dinner - which are all designed to be nutrient-rich and balanced. Additionally, as part of your yoga training in India, you will have access to healthy drinks and herbal tea as part of your daily diet.
