Antar in Sanskrit means inner, internal, inside or within the universe and Yoga means the Union. Yoga is an ancient science and philosophy that encourages the harmony of mind, body, and spirit. It is the inner journey which aims to Samadhi - a state of perfect spiritual insight, tranquility and oneness with the Universe. The main goal of Yoga is an inner harmony, the “union inside” - Yoga Antar. Our yoga training Institute is the resource for the understanding and spreading of this sacred science. We are an international team of experienced yoga teachers and practitioners who have been studying, practicing and sharing our knowledge of yoga for many years in many parts of the world. Yoga Antar is located in India - in Goa (Arambol) and Himalayas (Dharamshala, Rishikesh). All our teachers are certified by Yoga Alliance USA/Canada and have studied under various masters, coming from varying yogic traditions including Ashtanga, Hatha, Iyengar, Sivananda and Vinyasa Flow. We deeply understand the anatomical bodily differences as well as limitations and pre-dispositions we are all born with, that’s why our trainings are focused on adjustments for all-level students. We always respect individual needs and preferences. To give our students a choice and variety we teach multi-style yoga: Hatha, Vinyasa Flow, Ashtanga, Sivananda and Iyengar. Our teachers are working with many groups: kids, youths, adults, people with disabilities and health problems and future yoga teachers. We are specialized in Yoga Teacher Training Courses with Yoga Alliance Certification. We love to share our knowledge and experience, and on the other hand we are open to learn from you!
