Dragonfly Village, an enchanted retreat paradise, is set in the midst of one of the most beautiful rice field walks in the center of Ubud, Bali. Dragonfly Village structures are mostly recycled wood and traditional antique teak houses brought over from remote villages in Java. We focus our energy on living simply and consciously within an organic environment. This is our motto for well-being : “Live simply so that others may simply live..†– Gandhi.
The Dragonfly Village will be hosting various workshops on bodywork, yoga retreats, detox and fasting programs. We warmly welcome you to join us in sharing this space for individual and collective transformation.

Single/Double/Triple/Quadruple bungalows. These are century-old antique bungalows, original wooden houses brought over from remote villages in Java, decorated with beautiful carvings, 100% recycled teak wood. All balconies are facing the rice fields, with its own private outdoor garden. We encourage conscious living – rooms are equipped with ceiling fan, there is no AC in all our bungalows – Ubud is slightly cooler at night Each bungalow has an attached mud-wall bathroom, passion fruits & vines climbing over the natural roof, semi-open to the nature. Clean finishing. Hot shower is available. All rooms are supplied with natural organic shampoo, soap and insect repellent. Our beds and furniture are specially designed, made from recycled wood plough, which the farmers used with the buffaloes to plough the rice fields before. Twin beds and King size bed can be arranged in each room. We believe in creating an organic environment for best rejuvenating sleep.
Dragonfly Café Healthy organic and vegan treats. Kitchen is vegetarian and vegan only. Wifi available. We can prepare all meals to support retreat groups. Our Dragonfly organic garden close by in the rice fields is growing happy greens for our kitchen. (Please take note that our cafe opening hours are 7.30am to 9pm). The cafe opens for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
