Enter hand-carved stone gateways and immerse yourself in Janet DeNeefe’s world (quite literally as it’s her family home). You might bump into her as you explore the grounds, take a dip in the pool or tuck into your breakfast. For a unique, first-hand opportunity of the culture, guests are welcome to join in-house ceremonies and special cultural events. During the Ubud Writers & Readers Festival you might brush shoulders with an award-winning author staying on the property. Anything is possible!

The 40 spacious rooms are spread over two traditional compounds set in lush gardens, overlooking lily ponds and stone statues. The rooms feature four-poster beds, mosquito-nets, wooden shutters, carved doors, marbled floors and Javanese teak sofas.
Breakfast includes fresh tropical fruit, house-made yoghurt and granola, warm freshly baked pastries and bread from The Honeymoon Bakery, as well as, Balinese specialties and other modern fare.
Mosquito nets and repellant coils, daily housekeeping, bar fridge replenished daily, tea, coffee and two flasks of boiling water, water dispenser and front patio with table and chairs are provided for your comfort.
The Honeymoon Kitchen is located in the grounds of Honeymoon Guesthouse on Jalan Bisma. New to the Casa Luna family, the Honeymoon Kitchen is all about authentic home-style Balinese food with some of the dishes actually prepared in Janet DeNeefe’s kitchen. Other choices include nutritious plant-based salads, fun snacks and health juices. You can dine on brekkie all day, enjoy Bisma’s best cocktails, grab a dinner of Balinese favourites or sit back in our grand wicker chairs, meet friends, sip on a perfect caffe latte with a Honeymoon bakery pastry and watch the Ubud world drift by until late.
