Sangye Yoga school has felt my home, my gataway, in the last year. I feel so blessed to have found it. From the moment one enters the space, life feels less stressful. Classes are challenging both physically and mentally so get ready to be pushed in a gentle and inclusive manner. I travel 30-40 min each direction twice weekly and never regret it. I love Cat’s thought provoking talks and well needed reminders, it has changed my life for ever. First class teachers (!), a beautiful space, knowledgable and welcoming staff at the front desk, clean bathrooms, what else is needed? Thank you????????????

Can't recommend this place enough. Bring a towel and leave your preconceptions about what Yoga is supposed to be like at home. You'll be fit, your eyes will be glowing... And then all of a sudden you'll learn how to be fearless and free (first on a mat – then in life).

How to reach Sangye Yoga Studio

The Westbourne Park Tube (Hammersmith City, Circle Line) stop is the closest to the centre. You can walk from Westbourne Park or Ladbroke Grove underground stations. Alternatively, take Bus 23 from the Westbourne Park Station, it drops you off 1 block from the centre, on the opposite side of the road. If you are driving, there is free parking at the Sainsbury’s for 3 hours. On street, metered parking is also available on the road opposite SYS. Please do not park in the private parking spaces directly underneath the building.
