At Breathing Yoga, we offer group vinyasa, beginner flow and kids yoga classes in the Kempton Park area for beginners to more advanced students. We believe in a holistic approach to the study of yoga. We believe in combining alignment techniques of the body with breath techniques for calming and balancing the mind. Vera I truly believe that how we treat others will determine our own reality. We are all part of our divine maker, who ever that might be for you, and when we accept that connection, we begin our journey towards enlightenment. I am very inspired by Jivamukti Yoga and practice the compassionate lifestyle that emphasizes ethical vegetarianism and animal rights. I practice varies types of yoga including Jivamukti and Vinyasa Flow. Each class I teach combines the spiritual aspects of yoga, alignment, breath and off course humour.
