The staff at Ayurveda Health Retreat make your stay a wonderful experience. They genuinely care about you and your specific needs. Yoga classes that are tailored to your abilities, a wide variety of treatments at their day spa and the food, delicious! I can't wait to visit again soon.

My second time back and it was even more amazing! Needed to restart my health and life again during this Covid-19. Would highly recommend! Everyone are so kind, sweet and professional. Ayurveda Health Retreat is a wonderful place! I have highly recommended it to many friends. The bodywork is excellent, meals are delicious and the loving kindness of Richard and his staff is so clear. Guests feel pampered and supported. My stays there have left me restored, relaxed and with improved health. AHR is a gem.

Awesome retreat. Most beautiful yoga studio I have seen so far and teachers are amazing. Loved each and every meal during my stay. You can talk to the chef and sometimes they give demo on how to cook. So far the best yoga and Ayurvedic retreat I have attended. Very homely and caring atmosphere,Highly recommend this retreat center.
