GAINESVILLE RETREAT CENTER· Gainesville Retreat Center (GRC) will open on July 1, 2011. The GRC offers weekly meditation retreats that begin each Thursday and end on Sunday afternoons. We are located just ten minutes from the University of Florida, on over 100 acres of secluded forest land. · Each retreat will include teachings on meditation for both beginners and experienced participants. All are welcome, provided reservations are made in advance. Group retreats and longer retreats are also available. · The GRC has miles of hiking trails and a large saltwater meditation pool. Camping and full-service RV sites are available. The Gainesville Retreat Center is managed by a non-profit corporation that also manages the property as a wildlife refuge. All donations will go to the non-profit corporation.

Gainesville Retreat Center accommodations are-
Single rooms in main buildings (GRC pr MRC): $60/person/night plus 11% state and local tax Shared rooms in main buildings: $45/person/night plus 11% state and local tax. Overflow housing and camping are also available; inquire about rates. Commuter Rate: $25/person/day. Daytime facility rental: $250/day for up to 25 people. Additional $25/day kitchen fee for use of kitchen (fully equipped for cooking and serving).

Daily retreat costs include three vegetarian meals and lodging as follows: DOUBLE ROOMS: $30 per day per person SINGLE ROOMS: $45 per day per person DAY TRIPPERS: $15 per day per person
