I had a very warm, honest and professional encounter with Ayurvedic practice and of course massage here. My therapists Roksana and Sheeja were kind, polite and able to really shift my blockages about after a few treatments and the other staff were light, well informed and engaging. This is not a place to go after a few beers at the beach or to drop on instagram but if you want to engage with a trusted, ancient medicinal system and start your journey to a better, more aware you then go. The setting is divine and you will leave with a soft, supple body after you have experienced release of static spots and a curious mind. Loved my time there, will be seeking more conversations and therapies on my return. A very public thankyou to all the staff. Highly recommended!

This was a great find last week ! Went there for massage with my wife and really loved the whole experience. Mr. Vijay and his team seemed well trained and knowledgeable. Whole ambience is so peaceful and welcoming. If you are looking for authentic ayurvedic massage / treatments then this could be one of the best places in Goa.
