There are so many Yoga Teacher Trainings in Rishikesh, so why should you come to our Yoga School and Ashram? We teach and give training in the tradition. We are the only Multi style Yoga & Tantra School in Rishikesh offering all yoga alliance accredited course. Our Yoga Teacher Trainings are in strict correlation with the yoga alliance curriculum. Therefore you will receive teachings of Asanas, pranayamas, Mudras, Bandhas, Philosophy, Psychology, Anatomy and physiology. Additional styles include: Raja Yoga, Mantra Yoga, Yoga Nidra, Kriyas, Tantra, Kundalini and Karma Yoga. Our Ashram is situated in a village which is 5km outside of Rishikesh town, but only a short walk from the area of Tapovan and the holy ganga. The ashram itself is surrounded by forest and Bananas and has private access to a free flowing water stream and small river. We are like family here, so you can stay at our Ashram before and after completion of your course for as long as you need for your own spiritual development and practice. For one month you can pay only 100 Euro or equivalent Indian Rupees (included food and accommodation). Our kitchen serves all vegetarian meals, and does not allow the consumption of meat, fish or eggs. You will have a sacred ashram experience, free from pollution, and given support and space to peel back the layers to reveal your truth. We are sure that our Yoga Teacher Training will not only be for the physical fitness but for your spiritual development and inspiring to others.
