CADILLAC TOWER Full body workout using tower that helps to gain core stability, movement efficiency, and muscular balance. BARRE Barre combines ballet conditioning, pilates, yoga and strength training in a fun and accessible way. It incorporates strength, endurance, and flexibility. YOGA Yoga incorporates energetic movement through a series of asanas (yoga posture). It focuses on balance, strength, flexibility, and power. ZUMBA Zumba is a cardio, high-energy dance fitness that mixes low-intensity and high-intensity moves. It is fun and easy to follow dance. BALLET Ballet engages the entire body from head to toe with each exercise at the barre working different muscle groups. It helps to develop correct everyday posture, improving balance, flexibility and coordination. HIPHOP Hiphop dance is a cardio dance that focuses on musicality (rhythm and beat), feeling and dancing. FUNCTIONAL TRAINING Functional Training helps to strengthen body function that we use to do daily activity in order to get in shape and avoid risk of injury.
