Aryan Yoga and Reiki Center

Aryan (Ajay Kumar Namdev) comes from a traditional and spiritual Hindu family, where he was led towards meditation, Yoga and karma Yoga from a very young age. He kept that as part of his life and started practicing Yoga, meditation and Reiki at the age of 13. During his life, he studied and practiced different types of Yoga (Hatha, Sivananda, Ashtanga Vinyasa) In Gurukul University, as well as in Traditional Ashrams and centers around India. For 8 years, Aryan ran his own Yoga & Reiki centre in Dharamsala (North India), where he was teaching Yoga teacher trainings, meditation, Pranayama, Reiki, and more. He also lived in Israel for the last 6 years and trained over 350 yoga teacher. Currently Aryan is giving classes, workshops and courses in Goa, India.
