Cyril Yoga Retreat Center

Took awhile, but I am taking back my health from stress and this place is helping me do it. It is very centering, and helps you listen to and respect your body while trusting in your inner strength. AND...it kicks your butt! Recommend to everyone!

Veronica was so sweet when she checked me in, we had a nice chat. She welcomed me, showed me around the studio, and got me set up with props. It was an extraordinary class, and very challenging. I'm glad I already have yoga & pilates experience & strength to apply to barre. The music was great, Veronica's instruction was clear & personalized, using our names & offering modifications, & the movements were familiar to me. I can't wait to try again!! ... after I'm over the soreness of course.
