Sarvaguna Yoga Goa is a Yoga Alliance Registered School, offers 200 & 300 hour Yoga Teacher Training Courses and Meditation TTC in Goa.

The 100 hour Meditation Teacher Training Program provides the training, support, and supervision to individuals wishing to deepen their own personal practice, teach friends and family members, incorporate meditation training into their existing professions, or develop a private meditation teaching practice. This program offered by Sarvaguna Yoga Teacher Training Centre incorporates yogic, non-religious and Scientific meditation practices, educates about the effects of acute and chronic stress on the body and mind, restorative yoga and Praanayama practices (no experience required, all body types welcome), and facilitated discussions and exercises, deep connection with your peers.
Sarvaguna Yoga Teacher Training Centre 200 hr Yoga TTC comprehensively meets the standards defined by the Yoga Alliance and exceeds in all respects as we enhance the program with other activities like MANTRA YOGA/Chanting – the science of sound Vibrations and its role in spiritual practices. Buddhi Yoga – Yogic Cognitive Therapy. Yogic personality theory- (“Panchakosha” Model) – a comparative study of Yogic Psychology and modern Psychology etc.
Sarvaguna Yoga Teacher Training 300 hour course is for those who want to incorporate detailed and subtle yogic techniques and enhancing the depth of yoga practice. It is a natural flow in the process of learning and teaching yoga. This intensive course helps you to deepen your existing knowledge in the subject, that includes technical training and advance asana practice. A great deal of attention will be given to technical aspects, sequencing, and structural components for a Vinyasa Flow class. This gives you an opportunity to enhance your teaching skills and adjustment techniques.
There are 3 types of accommodation packages are available at Sarvaguna Yoga Goa. You can select your choice of accommodation.
Type - 01 Accommodation: A standard single room with attached private shower and wi-fi. The room is located within the premises of the yoga school.
Type - 02 Accommodation: A deluxe private room with attached private shower and Wi-fi. The room is located within the premises of the school.
Type - 03 Accommodation: A beautiful Sea View Hut with attached private shower and Wi-fi, located just opposite to the yoga School.
All meals at Sarvaguna Yoga Teacher Training will be served throughout the course will be vegetarian, vegan, and organic food, except on Sundays.

Food on Sundays: There is a number of Multi cuisine Restaurants available just opposite to the Yoga School where you can have food on Sundays.
By Air: As the Goa is an internationally well-known tourist place, most of the international airlines operate flights to Goa from all the major cities in the world. Direct charter flights are operated regularly to the lone International Airport in Goa– “ the Dambolim Airport” from all over the world, between Mid-October to April every year. Goa is also well connected by Air with major Indian cities like New Delhi, Mumbai, Kolkatta, Bangalore, Chennai, Kocchi, Trivandrum etc. Domestic airlines operate regular flights to Goa from the above cities.
By Train Or Bus: The other means to get to Sarvaguna Yoga Goa is the train that connects all the important cities in the country. The trains offer services that range from luxurious to budget catering to the needs of the travellers. One can also get to Goa by road from the nearest major cities.
