CrossFit Pilates Phuket

Our great training holiday started and ended in Unit 27. These guys are bossing it when it comes to circuits and all manner of fitness! Starting every day with ‘Morning glory’ or ‘Drill Sergeant’ was awesome! People from all around the world are coming here to train together, it’s amazing. The environment makes you to push yourself and work out harder and further then you thought possible. Thanks to the coaches, I realised I’m more capable and stronger then I could imagine. I hope to come back again. It was an honour to train with you guys, thanks for everything!

Went for 1 week to try out a bit of everything. Really good workout, loved it. Drives me out of my comfort zone. Will definitely be back with some friends and would try to stay for longer days. It's really worth a try people. I really miss this kind of training.. ?????? If you like challenge, this is the place for you. Highly recommended.

Unit 27 is a special space. the coaches are amazing as are the people who are going there on their own journey... Would highly recommend and cannot wait to get back there for more intense training, grunting and sweating ?? ???? Thanks UNIT 27 team!

I am a week back after finishing 4 weeks of Operation Transformation and it has made a huge impact to my life. Unit 27 is an amazing place to go to improve your Health, fitness and wellbeing. I have learnt a lot about fitness, healthy living and myself. During Operation Transformation I had extra support that is different from the other packages offered and this helped me tremendously by understanding my unhealthy habits and changing them for more positive habits. Since coming back I have had the motivation to exercise every day and also improve my eating habits. Unit 27 as a whole is a really friendly environment, From all the staff to people attending it was an excellent atmosphere they have everything in one place that you need. The Coaches are excellent I mainly worked with one coach but done sessions with the other coaches. They were excellent everything was explained to me and I was motivated where and when required, but was never once felt that I was pushed to do what I could physically not manage. I also noticed that the coaches take part in the classes, this shows they practise what they teach and was good to see. The Admin Staff were also excellent and everything I needed or asked about was answered and taking care of I even got some excellent photos took by the brilliant media manager ?? to take away with me. The muscle bar food was excellent, at the start it was hard as I changed my eating style drastically but my meal plan was put together by a nutritionist and I was always full. Overall I would recommend Unit 27 to anybody who want to lose weight or improve their level of fitness, All you need to bring is self-motivation and a good attitude and the Unit staff will take care of everything else.

Been going to Unit 27 for about four months now--can't say enough about the training staff, the atmosphere and the facilities. I learn something new about technique, form or endurance every time I go. Worth every baht.
