I highly recommend this place!! The yoga classes are amazing with great teachers. The food is so good! Best salads, smoothies and juices in Phuket. The food is always fresh, presented beautifully and potions are generous! I love this place!!!! One of my favourite places in Phuket!

We joined Niti last week for a trial yoga class and taster singing bowls session. The yoga class was energising and Niti’s teaching style was very warm and welcoming. The singing bowl session was relaxing and soothing- I would definitely recommend a session with Niti if you’re looking to rest and recharge. Afterwards we ate in the adjoining Go Vegan Cafe and everything was delicious. Be sure to visit if you are holidaying in Rawai, and if you live here you could definitely consider making a visit or two part of your weekly routine. Thanks Niti for making us feel so welcome. 🥰

I would definitely call myself a beginning to yoga but within a week of practicing with Niti, I feel I have learned so much. She was so helpful and so patient with me and the rest of the students. Because of the smaller class sizes, there was more opportunity for one on one training and more hands on guidance. Not only did I get the chance to practice yoga, but I also attended 2 meditation classes which were absolutely fantastic. I couldn’t say better things about Niti and the other teachers, everyone was so welcoming and very positive, a great environment to learn and grow in. Thanks Niti, and I hope to see you again!
