Bamboo Bay Pilates & Functional Movement Studio

Michelle is THE BEST Pilates teacher I ever had. Super professional, super nice, super caring. My partner & I feel lucky that we had the chance to exercise at this lovely studio with such an amazing teacher!

What a lovely place, I highly recommend the Cardio classes as well as the Pilates classes. I know they offer personal training & accommodation options too. The owners are such wonderful, caring and attentive people. They really focus on building a community and their passion for health, wellness, sports and nutrition shines through in every aspect of what they do.

I attended the early morning HIIT and cardio workouts and it was an amazing experience. Michelle and Rudolph were so welcoming and the encouragement and support I experienced during the workouts from them and peers made me feel 10 feet taller. I had grown bored of working out by myself and the early morning classes were exactly what i needed. I was in Koh Phanghan for 3 months and I didn't find these classes until my last few weeks. I only wish I had found them sooner. I will be recommending Bamboo Bay to anyone and everyone who visits KP and is also interested in fitness, endorphins and being around genuinely good people.

Michelle is an amazing Pilates teacher. She is totally dedicated to the growth of her students. She pays attention to every detail and ensures you get maximum benefit from each exercise. And her knowledge of Pilates and exercise in general is unparalleled. Her studio is fully equipped with everything needed: weights, balls, bands, bikes, inversion unit etc. I can't recommend her highly enough.
